We installed this mobile 2t/h sawdust line in America, Argentina and so on, it contains samshing,drying,pelleting, cooling and packaging full parts. besides sawdust, this line can press 2-15mm diameter biomass fuel and fertizlier pellets . such as straw,stalk,rice husk,peanut shell,sun flower seed,palm fiber, palm shell,paper ,plastic, animal manure  and so on.

This line contains wood chipper,hammer mills, air dryer,SKJ800 flat die pellet mill, cooler,packaing machine.electrical cabinet and related necessary equipments and so on. we have both semi-auto and totally automatically line, which can be operated totally by PLC computer.

The heart part SKJ800 flat die pellet mill is three rollers inside and technic is totally from Germany. it is our unique China national patent. the key parts were made by our CNC system, which is high precision and quality. so we can assure its high quality and pressing effiency.
